Step 1: To begin making the Dhuska, grind rice and chana dal with water to a idli/dosa batter consistency

Step 2: Now add green peas, green chillies, salt, turmeric powder and chopped coriander

Step 3: Mix well

Step 4: Heat oil in a pan

Step 5: When the oil is hot, pour some batter directly in the oil with the help of a laddle

Step 6: Deep fry both the sides till it changes the colour

Step 7: Transfer them on a paper towel

Step 8: Repeat the process with with remaining batter

Step 9: Serve Dhuska along with Aloo Sabzi and Dhaniya Pudina Chutney for lunch on a weekend
