Preparation
Wash the cucumber, bottle gourd, mint leaves, and ginger thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities.
Peel the cucumber and bottle gourd, and slice them into thin pieces.
Grate the ginger.
Cooking Steps
In a large pitcher, add the sliced cucumber, bottle gourd, grated ginger, and mint leaves.
Sprinkle kala namak (black salt) over the ingredients.
Pour 1 liter of water into the pitcher.
