Step 1: To begin making the Italian Chicken Cacciatore Recipe, first prep all the ingredients, including removing skin from the chicken, making the tomato puree and chopping the remaining ingredients
Step 2: Once done, heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan on medium heat
Step 3: add the garlic and the herbs and saute for a few minutes until the onions have become soft
Step 4: Place the chicken breasts on top of the roasted onion and garlic, and sprinkle salt and pepper over it
Step 5: Fry the chicken breast in the pan over medium heat

Step 15: Once one, turn off the heat and stir in the chopped parsley leaves and stir
