Step 1: To begin making the Delhi Style Fruit Chaat or the Kulle Chaat Of North India, first boil the potatoes and keep them ready
Step 2: Cut and peel the fruits and keep them ready by the side
Step 3: Heat a tablespoon of ghee in a heavy bottomed pan or a wok
Step 4: Roast the diced and boiled potatoes on medium high heat until roasted and browned
Step 5: Once roasted, turn off the heat and keep aside
Step 6: In a large mixing bowl, add the roasted potatoes, the cut fruits like apple, banana, pineapple and pomegranate
Step 7: Add the remaining ingredients like chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, green chilies, lemon, coriander leaves & salt into the bowl and stir well to combine all of them
Step 8: Check the salt and spices and adjust to suit your taste
