Pit the dates and chop them roughly.
Cooking Steps
In a non-stick pan over medium flame.
Add the soaked figs and chopped dates to the pan. Stir and cook for 3–4 minutes on low heat, allowing the ghee to coat the fruits and the mixture to soften further. Stir continuously to prevent sticking.
While cooking, use a spatula to gently mash the figs and dates until they combine into a sticky paste.
Turn off the heat and add cardamom powder. Mix well to distribute the flavor evenly.
Let the mixture cool for a few minutes until it is comfortable to handle.
Lightly grease your palms with ghee and shape the mixture into flattened bites.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up the bites. Serve it
