Skimmed milk Curd (Homemade)
1 cup (200g)
Kefir
1 tbsp (15g)

Preparation
Place kefir grains in a clean jar and add milk. Stir gently.
Cover with a towel or coffee filter, secure with a rubber band.
Place in a warm, dark spot for 24-48 hours until thickened and tangy.
Strain the kefir to remove grains; use a plastic/wooden spoon if needed.
Use it.
Cooking Steps
Take 1 cup (200g) of fresh, skimmed milk dahi (curd) in a bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon (15g) of kefir to the dahi.
Stir well until combined.
Serve immediately.
