Step 1: To begin making the Dahi Batata Puri Chaat Recipe, first prep all the ingredients and keep them ready
Step 2: In a pressure cooker, add the potatoes and required water
Step 3: Close the cooker and pressure cook it for 2 to 3 whistles
Step 4: Let the pressure release immediately
Step 5: Take out the potatoes and let them cool down
Step 6: Once it is cooled down, peel the potatoes and cut them in squares
Step 7: Keep it aside
