Sattu Flour
2 tbsp (36g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp (10g)
Black Salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Cumin Powder

Plain Water

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, whisk the curd until smooth.
Add sattu to the curd and mix well.
Gradually add water to adjust the consistency of the mixture to your liking (it should be semi-thick but drinkable).
Add cumin powder, black salt, and mix thoroughly.
