Cooking Steps
In a bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth.
Add grated cucumber to the yogurt and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal. Fry until the mustard seeds start to pop and the dals turn golden brown.
Add turmeric powder and mix well.
Pour the seasoning over the cucumber-yogurt mixture and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix again.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
