Cooking Steps
Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds. Cut the tomatoes into small chunks and chop the onion.
In a large bowl, add the sliced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped parsley, and chopped mint leaves. Mix well.
