Preparation
Prepare Hung Curd: Place regular curd in a muslin cloth or fine sieve and let it drain for 2-3 hours to remove excess water.
Grate Cucumber: Grate half a cucumber and squeeze out excess water to avoid making the mixture soggy.
Slice Cucumber: Cut the remaining cucumber into thick slices (about 1 cm each) for the base.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the hung curd, grated cucumber, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well to form a creamy and flavorful filling.
Place small portions (1 tsp) of the prepared mixture onto each cucumber slice.
