Instructions
Preparation
-Boil lentils sprouts for few mins.
- Cut red onion in ring shape. keep aside.
-Grate amul cheese cube and mince chopped garlic.
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Boil the potatoes until they are cooked through but still firm. Drain the water and let the potatoes cool down for a few minutes.
Keep baking sheet and place the boiled potatoes on it.
Using a fork or a potato masher, gently smash the potatoes to flatten them slightly.
Season the potatoes with salt and black pepper to taste.
Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, add ringed onion, red chili flakes, boiled sprouts, and chopped lettuce leaves. Mix well.
In another bowl, mix together hung curd, grated amul cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper and dried parsley flakes to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
Add the crispy smashed potatoes to the salad and mix gently.
Serve the salad immediately.
