Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Amla Gawar pod vegetable, first wash and cut the Gawar pod from both sides
Step 2: Then cut the pod from the middle and keep it aside
Step 3: Now apply and tighten it
Step 4: Keep it separately
Step 5: Now heat oil in a pan and add asafetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds
Step 6: Let it cook for 1 minute
Step 7: Then add green chili and amla
Step 8: Cook for 1 minute and then add gawar pods
Step 9: After 30 seconds add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well
Step 10: Beat the pan and let it cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes
Step 11: Keep stirring the vegetables in bitches so that they do not burn
Step 12: Finally add black pepper, mix and turn off the gas
Step 13: Serve the Amla Gawar Pulao Sabzi along with Punchmel Daal, Kachumbar Salad and Phulka for dinner
