Cooking Steps
Step 1: To prepare Coconut & Ricotta Dip with Banana Chips recipe, preheat oven to 250 degree Fahrenheit
Step 2: Slice bananas thinly and arrange the slices in the baking pan lined with parchment paper
Step 3: Combine juice of one lemon with little amount of water
Step 4: Coat each slice with lemon water
Step 5: Bake bananas until the moisture is absorbed completely for about 1 hour
Step 6: Check and continue baking for about 10 minutes if not done
Step 7: Check the bananas during half way and turn them for even baking
Step 8: The chips are done once they are crisp and moisture is absorbed
Step 9: The chips will become crisp once they cool down
Step 10: Allow the chips to cool down
Step 11: Meanwhile, prepare coconut ricotta dip
Step 12: Combine all the ingredients given for the dip and grind them into a fine paste using a mixer/mortar
Step 13: Serve baked crispy banana chips with coconut & ricotta dip
