0.5 small cup (100g)
Chia Seeds
2 tsp (10g)
Apple
0.25 cup, chopped (50g)

Instructions
Preparation
Soaking Chia seeds:
In a small bowl, combine 2 tsp chia seeds with 1/2 cup (100ml )coconut milk.
Stir well to ensure the chia seeds don’t clump together.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hour or overnight or until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like texture.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl add soaked chia coconut milk mix.
Top with chopped berries and apple before serving.
