Preparation
Prepare Cinnamon Water:
- Boil 250ml water and add the 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.
- Set aside to cool slightly (lukewarm temperature).
**Prepare Dhaniya Chutney (if not already available):**
- Blend fresh coriander leaves (50gms), green chili (optional, 1 small ~3gms), ginger (~5gms), lemon juice (1 tbsp ~15ml), and salt to taste. Add a little water if required to achieve a smooth consistency.
Cooking Steps
Take the prepared lukewarm cinnamon water (250ml).
Add 1 tablespoons of dhaniya chutney into the cinnamon water. Stir well.
Serve immediately while warm or let cool further as per preference.
