Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add ginger and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add chopped carrot and green beans to the pot. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Pour in water and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat to simmer and add cooked rice to the pot.
Stir well and let the soup cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add soy sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
