Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Chilli Egg recipe, cook the eggs to a hard boiled consistency
Step 2: Take a bowl and mix 2 teaspoons of cornflour, ginger paste, soya sauce, salt and pepper
Step 3: Coat the hard boiled eggs with this above mixture and keep it aside
Step 4: Heat a wok with 2 teaspoons of oil and fry the eggs till the eggs get coated with the mixture
Step 5: Scoop out the eggs and keep them aside on a plate
Step 6: To make the gravy, in a bowl, mix 3 teaspoons of water and corn flour
Step 7: Turn on the wok, add some oil and fry ginger, garlic, green chillies, and onions
Step 8: Stir them for 2 minutes
Step 9: Add the cornflour mixture and water
Step 10: Bring the mixture to a boil and let the mixture reduce to a semi thick consistency
Step 11: Add the eggs to the mixture
Step 12: Add in the soya sauce, diced capsicum and scallions
Step 13: Add salt according to your taste
