Ingredients
Chicken, poultry, breast, skinless
250 gms (250g)
Red Onion
0.5 cup, sliced (100g)
Green Bell pepper
0.5 cup, chopped (100g)
Chopped Carrot
0.25 cup (50g)
Olive Oil
2 tsp (10g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Black Pepper

Soy sauce

Preparation
Marinate Chicken:
- Cut the chicken into thin strips.
- Marinate with soy sauce, oil, and black pepper for 15-20 minutes.

- Mix the remaining soy sauce, salt and a splash of water in a bowl. Set aside.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated chicken strips and stir-fry until cooked through (about 5-6 minutes). Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced onions, bell pepper carrots. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve hot.
