Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, paprika, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix until the chicken is coated well. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers.
Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
Serve hot.
