Instructions
Preparation
-Cut the chicken in strips and keep aside.
Cooking Steps
n1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips and toss to coat.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill chicken strips for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
Warm the tortillas on the grill pan for 10-15 seconds per side.
Assemble the tacos by placing chicken strips on the tortillas, followed by chopped tomatoes, sliced avocado, chopped onions, and cilantro.
Squeeze lime juice on top of the tacos and serve immediately.
