Chicken, poultry, breast, skinless

Plain Water

Clove Garlic, Chopped

Instructions
Preparation
- Wash, slice and blanch mushrooms for few mins.
- Wash, cut chicken into pieces and add oil in a pan and chicken pieces and cook until it get tender.
Cooking Steps
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add onions and garlic to the same skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.
Add mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until they have released their moisture and are cooked through.
Add flour to the skillet and stir well until it is incorporated into the vegetables.
Slowly pour in water, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add sour cream, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
