Instructions
Preparation
1-Rinse oats groats under running water for 1-2 minutes to remove all dirt.
2-Clean and cut chicken breast into small cubes or shred after cooking.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, carrot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
Add chicken pieces to the pot and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned on the outside.
Add rinsed oats groats and water to the pot. Stir well.
Season with salt, black pepper. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the oats is cooked and the chicken is tender.
Add lemon juice for a fresh, tangy flavor. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
