Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add chicken pieces and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn white.
Add water and bring it to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
