-Wash and cut chicken into small pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, grated ginger, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Add the chicken strips to the bowl and mix well to coat the chicken in the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Thread the chicken strips onto the soaked wooden skewers.
Brush the grill or grill pan with a little bit of oil, then place the skewers on the grill or grill pan.
Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through and lightly charred.
Serve hot .
