Instructions
Preparation
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions (usually 8–10 minutes). Drain and let it cool.
: Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and oregano. Grill it on a stovetop or oven until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C). Let it cool and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, grilled chicken slices, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and black pepper to make the dressing.
