Instructions
Preparation
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic paste and chopped green chili and sauté for a minute.
Add chopped onions and cook until they turn translucent.
Add ground chicken, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to the pan. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Cooking Steps
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, and coriander leaves.
Toss everything well until it's evenly mixed.
Serve the salad cold.
