Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Chicken Masala Fry Recipe, in a pressure cooker, add the boneless chicken pieces along with salt, red chilli powder, curd and garlic paste
Step 2: Add 1 to 2 cups water, mix well and pressure cook till tender, for 10 minutes or 2 whistles
Step 3: Switch off the heat, allow the steam to release naturally and once the steam is released, take out the chicken and keep aside
Step 4: Heat about half a cup of oil in a deep frying pan, and add the cooked chicken mixture to this, once the oil is hot
Step 5: Keep stirring for about 5 to 10 minutes till all the water has evaporated and the chicken has absorbed the flavour of masalas added
Step 6: Take them out, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
