Iceberg Lettuce
6 large leaf (150g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped
1 tsp (5g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 small cup (50g)
Carrot
0.25 cup, chopped (50g)
Green Bell pepper
0.25 cup, chopped (50g)
Common salt

Instructions
Preparation
Rinse the lettuce leaves under cold water and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
Add the chopped onion, carrot, and bell peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
Add the minced chicken liver and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liver is fully cooked and browned.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Spoon the cooked chicken liver and vegetable mixture into the lettuce leaves.
Top each wrap with a squeeze of lime juice and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
