Instructions
Preparation
Wash & cut chicken into pieces.
In a bowl, combine curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, & salt.
Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well until all pieces are thoroughly coated.
Cover bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Cooking Steps
Preheat the OTG to 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes. Use the grill function if available.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. Leave a small gap between each piece for even cooking.
Brush the chicken pieces lightly with oil for better browning.
Place the skewers on the grill rack (or use a lined baking tray if preferred).
Grill the chicken kebabs in the OTG for 20-25 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Once done, remove the kebabs from the OTG and serve.
