Preparation
- Take pan add water and bring it to boil.
-Add chicken and cook.
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until translucent.
Add the chopped tomatoes and green bell pepper (capsicum) and cook for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
Add the cooked and shredded chicken to the pan and mix well.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Take two slices of bread and place the chicken mixture on one slice. Cover with the other slice of bread.
Repeat the same process with the other two slices of bread.
Preheat a grill or pan over medium heat.
Place the sandwich on the grill or pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
Flip the sandwich and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
Cut the sandwich into halves and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
