Instructions
Preparation
-Wash and cut chicken into pieces.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add chopped garlic and green chili. Sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add chicken pieces and mix well with the onions.
Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure the chicken is coated in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and let the chicken cook for 10-12 minutes over low heat.
Remove the lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the gravy has dried up.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
