Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Chicken Crepe Lasagne recipe,we need to make the crepe batter
Step 2: To make the crepe batter, in a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, sooji, salt to taste, curdAdd water as you mix
Step 3: The batter should be thinner than pancake batter
Step 4: In a flat griddle, make crepes a little smaller than the pan in which you will make lasagne
Step 5: Take batter in a ladle and pour it on a hot griddle, heated on medium-high flame
Step 6: It will spread and form shape of it's own
Step 7: No need to spread
Step 8: Use very little oil and drizzle on the edges
Step 9: Flip the crepe when you see bubbles on top
Step 10: Cook on the other side and take it out
Step 11: Make other crepes similarly and set aside
Step 12: Layer a small sauce pan with salt (prevents from burning) and keep a steel plate or mesh on top
Step 13: To assemble, place a crepe in a cake tin smaller than the saucepan, such that it sit well inside it
Step 14: , then mixed bell peppers, shredded chicken, sprinkle seasoning, cheese, pizza sauce and close it with a crepe
Step 15: Now place spinach leaves, mixed bell peppers, sprinkle seasoning, cheese, pizza sauce and close it with a crepe
Step 16: Keep layering till it's balanced
Step 17: As a last layer, sprinkle some cheese and red chili flakes
Step 18: Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted
Step 19: Serve hot
