Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
While the chicken is resting, toast the bread slices in the oven until lightly browned.
Cut the chicken into thin slices and place them on top of the toasted bread slices.
Spoon the tomato mixture on top of the chicken slices.
