Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine, shredded chicken, coriander leaves, grated ginger, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Take a slice of bread and trim the edges. Dip the bread slice in water for 2-3 seconds and squeeze out the excess water.
Place the bread slice on a clean surface and put a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center. Roll the bread slice tightly to form a cylinder.
Repeat the same process with the remaining bread slices and chicken mixture.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Brush the rolls with oil and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Serve hot.
