Preparation
Soak chia seeds:
-Add 1 tsp chia seeds to 30ml water and let them soak for 15–20 minutes until they form a gel-like consistency.
Prepare dressing:
- In a small bowl, mix hung curd, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well and refrigerate for 10 minutes for flavors to blend.
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce and cucumber slices.
Add the soaked chia seeds and chopped walnuts to the bowl.
