Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make the Chettinad sweet paniyaram recipe, firstly mix and mix idli dosa mixture, rice rava, jaggery, coconut, salt, elaichi powder, some water in a mixing bowl
Step 2: Keep aside for 5 minutes and mix again
Step 3: Heat the paniyaram pan and add some oil to each hole
Step 4: After heating, add the mixture to it and cover it
Step 5: Cook on low heat
Step 6: Once cooked from one side, flip it and cook from the other side
Step 7: Cook on both sides until golden
Step 8: Remove from pan and serve
Step 9: Serve the Chettinad Sweet Paniyaram Recipe with Masala Tea or Filter Coffee for an evening snack
