Step 1: To make Pal Katti Chettinad curry, first bake the saree ingredients of Chettinad paste till it turns brown

Step 2: Allow to cool down and grind it well with a blender by adding a little water

Step 3: Now when the oil is heated in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds and asafoetida and cook it

Step 4: Now add garlic and onion and cook till it turns brown

Step 5: Add chopped tomatoes and cook well

Step 6: You can also add salt to cook it quickly

Step 7: Once this curry is cooked, add cottage cheese and mix well

Step 8: Cover it with some water and let it cook for 3-4 minutes

Step 9: After cooking, add finely chopped coriander and mix
