Step 10: Bring the water and 1 teaspoon of the salt to the boil In a medium saucepan
Step 11: Add the French beans and blanch for 3 minutes
Step 12: Remove from the water and put into an ice water bath & drain
Step 13: Heat the grill or the gas burners and dry roast the corn kernels
Step 14: Keep aside
Step 15: Add the oil to a large saute pan over a medium heat, after 30 seconds add the onions and saute for 4 to 5 minutes
Step 16: Add the French beans, roasted corns, carrots and garlic & Saute for 4 minutes
Step 17: De-glaze with the balsamic vinegar and honey, season with salt and pepper and add the butter
Step 18: Garnish with Parmesan and serve it with the fish
