Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Cheesy Mushroom & Corn Open Toast, into a preheated pan add oil
Step 2: Once the oil is hot add the garlic, onions and saute until the onions soften and turn golden brown in color
Step 3: Once the onions become golden in color add the mushrooms, turmeric powder and saute until the mushrooms have softened
Step 4: Let all the water evaporate from the pan and roast the mushrooms well
Step 5: Once done add the sweet corn and a pinch of salt, the mexican chili cheese spread, parsley leaves and toss well to combine
Step 6: Turn off the heat and keep aside
Step 7: To make the toasted bread smear butter over the bread slices and place it on a preheated pan
Step 8: Flip and toast the bread until golden brown and crips on both sides
Step 9: Place the toasted bread on a platter and spoon the cheese mushroom filling on top
Step 10: Add more herbs on top and serve hot
