Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Cheese Crackers recipe, take a bowl, add butter, cheddar cheese and mix it well
Step 2: Now add all purpose flour, paprika and salt to taste
Step 3: Mix everything properly
Step 4: Once everything is mixed, add 1-2 tablespoons cold water to make a dough
Step 5: Form the dough into a ball and wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate for an hour
Step 6: Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius
Step 7: Take the dough out from the fridge and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into square shape
Step 8: Make a hole in center of each square with help of fork
Step 9: Transfer to the baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Step 10: Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown in colour
Step 11: Take out the baking tray and allow it to cool for some time
Step 12: Initially, they will be soft but it'll be crisp once they become cool
Step 13: Crispy cheese crackers are ready to serve
