Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Chawli Ki Phali & Aloo Sabzi Recipe, pressure cook the yard beans with little bit of water and salt for about 1 whistle and keep it aside
Step 2: Allow the pressure to release naturally and strain the water
Step 3: Heat a skillet with oil, add fennel seeds and allow it to crackle
Step 4: Add potatoes and saute them till they crisp up and is cooked
Step 5: You can cover it with the lid and cook for about 5 minutes
Step 6: Add cooked yard beans along with all the spice powders and give it a mix keep cooking till the masala loses the raw smell
Step 7: Add besan and salt and mix Chawli Ki Phali & Aloo Sabzi well, saute for another 5 minutes and switch off the heat
Step 8: Serve the Chawli Ki Phali & Aloo Sabzi Recipe along with Phulka or tawa paratha, kadhi to make a complete meal
