Button mushroom, fresh (75gms)
200 gms (200g)
Cumin seeds

0.25 cup, cubed (50g)

Instructions
Preparation
-Wash and slice mushroom.
Cooking Steps
Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat.
Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.
Add the cubed chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Stir in the grated ginger and chopped green chilli. Sauté for another minute until the raw aroma disappears.
Now, add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and mix well with the onion mixture.
Season with coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything together so that the mushrooms are well-coated with the spices.
Cook the mushrooms on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes or until they become tender and any excess moisture evaporates.
Sprinkle garam masala, & add lemon juice over the mushrooms and mix it in for an extra burst of flavor.
Finally, garnish the Chatpata Mushroom with chopped coriander leaves.
