Preparation
Gather all ingredients.
If using hung curd, prepare it in advance by straining regular curd for 3–4 hours.
Cooking Steps
Make the Dough:
- In a bowl, combine sattu, curd, salt, jeera powder, black pepper, chili flakes, and kasuri methi.
- Mix well to form a dough.
- Add 1–2 tsp of water only if the dough is too dry.
- The dough should be firm and non-sticky.
Step 2. Shape:
- Make small bite-sized balls or mini nuggets from the dough.
- Flatten them slightly for even crisping.
Step 3. Air Fry:
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
- Lightly brush the nuggets with oil.
- Place the nuggets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes.
- Shake the basket once at 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- For extra crispiness, reduce the temperature to 160°C and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
Step 4. Final Touch:
- Allow the nuggets to cool for 3–4 minutes to firm up
