Chopped Onion

Chopped Green Chilli

Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp (10g)
Fresh Mint (chopped)

Grated Ginger

Coriander Powder

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the soaked chana dal and drain the water.
Grind the chana dal in a food processor or a mixer grinder to make a coarse paste.
Transfer the chana dal paste to a mixing bowl and add chopped onions, green chili, fresh coriander leaves, fresh mint leaves, grated ginger, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and add a few drops of oil.
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round or oval shape.
Place the shaped vada onto the hot pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
Serve hot.
