Step 1: To make the chmanthi chutney recipe, firstly add ginger, dry red chilli and coconut in a mixer jar

Step 3: Add some water and make a paste

Step 4: Chop the onion and keep it aside

Step 5: Heat oil in a pan

Step 6: Add mustard seeds and cook for 10 seconds

Step 7: Now add onions and cook till they become golden and soft

Step 8: After the onion becomes soft, add curry leaves, ginger chilli paste and mix it well

Step 9: Add some water, salt and let it boil

Step 10: After boiling, turn off the gas and serve
