Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, wheat bran, cumin seeds, ajwain seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder Mix well.
Add the finely chopped cauliflower to the mixing bowl and knead the dough with water until it forms a smooth and pliable dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll out each ball into a small circle with a rolling pin.
Place a spoonful of the cauliflower mixture in the center of the circle.
Fold the edges of the circle towards the center, covering the cauliflower mixture entirely.
Roll out the stuffed ball into a thin roti with a rolling pin.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and cook the roti on both sides until golden brown spots appear.
Serve hot.
