Carrot

Chopped Onion
0.5 medium cup (80g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped

Cumin seeds

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add chopped garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped carrots and stir well.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover the pot with a lid, and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes until the carrots are cooked and tender.
Remove from heat and let the soup cool down for a few minutes.
Stir in chopped fresh mint leaves.
Puree the soup using an immersion blender or in a blender until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
