Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a saucepan, combine the grated carrots and A2 cow milk.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are soft and the milk is thickened.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Add the cardamom powder to the saucepan and stir well.
Using an immersion blender or regular blender, blend the mixture until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any remaining carrot bits.
