Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make carrot fenugreek vegetable, first wash and peel the carrot
Step 2: Now cut it into small pieces
Step 3: Remove the fenugreek and wash its leaves
Step 4: Cut the fenugreek
Step 5: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 6: Add cumin seeds and cook for 10 seconds
Step 7: After 10 seconds, add ishmeng and mix
Step 8: Add the chopped onions after asafoetida and cook till they become soft
Step 9: Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well
Step 10: After adding, add chopped carrots, mix and let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes
Step 11: Add some water and cook till the carrots are cooked
Step 12: After the carrots are cooked add fenugreek
Step 13: Cook till the fenugreek is cooked
Step 14: When the water is dry, add mango powder and 1 teaspoon oil
Step 15: Mix all and cook for another 2 minutes on low heat
Step 16: Turn off the gas after 2 minutes and serve
Step 17: Serve Gajar Methi vegetable along with Gujarati Kadhi, Tadka Raita and Phulka for dinner
